• No labor charges on breakdowns (some restrictions apply)
• Entitles you to priority customer service
• 5% discount on new equipment replacement during the term of the plan
• One springtime checkout which includes the following:
• Check Freon level
• Inspection of condensate drains pans, pumps, and overflow pans
• Clean or replace air filter (customer to supply filter for replacement)
• Check electrical connections at air handler and condenser (if accessible)
• Check thermostat operation and replace batteries if needed
• Check of airflow (no balancing)
• Check temperature differential across evaporator coil (if accessible)
• Overall system operation

GOLD PLAN

• All the benefits of the Silver plan with the addition of parts coverage
• Covers replacement of all parts listed below during term of contract
• Fan relay, run capacitor, low pressure switch, contactor, transformer, time delay relay, start capacitor, and high pressure switch; parts will be replaced one time per season during the term of the plan

PLATINUM PLAN

• All the benefits of the Silver and Gold plans with the addition of condenser coil acid wash once a year

• Clean or replace air filter (customer to supply filter for replacement)

• Check airflow (no balancing)
• Clean flame sensors
• Check firing sequence
• Overall system operation
  

GOLD PLAN

• All the benefits of the Silver plan with the addition of:
• Covers replacement of all parts listed during term of contract
• Flame sensor, spark ignition, glow coil, vacuum switch, orifice, fan relay, aqua stat, ICM board, condensate drain cup (90+ models), rollout switch, and high limit switch; parts will be replaced one time per season during the term of the plan
